Hi could I have a private post please
Just wondering if any of you ladies could help me, I’ve recently had a rough time with my ex partner and today I received A phone call from a mediation service. When talking to the lady she requested I send her some information about my financial situation in order to see if I qualify for legal aid. But I don’t actually understand why? Surely if my ex (who has been letting our child down and not sticking to arrangements) contacted this service then it is him who has to pay? I am in no financial state to pay these type of fees. Also does anyone know what will happen from now?
