Can you post something anonymously for me please? I need help deciding what to do. My boyfriend’s sister is married to a drug addict. He’s been in and out of jail and rehab but he doesn’t want to change so he’s not. They have children together and they fight constantly in front of them. She caught him snorting a pill and still doesn’t care to do anything about it. He lives with her and he doesn’t have a job, help with anything, doesn’t have a car or license so she could kick him out and wipe her hands of him but refuses to. I’m no stranger to calling CPS because I’ve called on a very close friend before, I don’t believe in waiting around when it comes to kids. But my boyfriend told her that he was going to do something about it if she wasn’t and the husband said he would leave then. Should I call CPS or wait and see if he really leaves first? I’m leaning more towards calling anyway since they could very easily lie about him leaving. The kids are very young. Youngest being a year old and this “man” is constantly high and going crazy because he can’t find his drugs (he doesn’t tell her that’s why). Thanks for any advice.
