Could I get a PP please?

My lb is 3.5, attends nursery 5 mornings a week even through the Summer. He currently stays with his dad on a Friday night through to Saturday when I get him back. The courts are asking for one more overnight in the next meeting. My QS is what would you other mum’s do. I’m currently looking for work and if I work just weekends I’ll not see my lb so his dad would get him every weekend. Or some of the jobs are at night plus one weekend so I would give him one weekday plus Friday night. I feel like either way I’m hardly going to see him. I take him swimming 2 times a week, soft play the other two and then just a bed day. I know my ex doesn’t do anything with my lb he stays in a house all day so if he had him all weekend my lb will not be going out whereas I could take him a drive. Please no bashing I want my lb to see his dad but I’m stuck on what to do. Thanks girls x
