Could I get a private post on your private mums advice page please?

Any advice on house insurance regarding fleas? We moved to a new rented house at the end of last year and bought all brand new furniture, I.e. Sofa, mattresses, rugs. Even brand new linens and cushions. What we didn’t know was that the house had a horrendous infestation of fleas. We only found out after we had moved everything in 😱
We have had our ‘landlords’ contractors come and spray the whole houses carpets three times and followed the necessary steps afterwards but they just keep coming back. (We have no pets).
We are stuck with a dilemma now, do we move and risk taking the fleas with us in our furniture as they are no doubt in there now. Or we can ask for them to treat the house again if we empty all the rooms 😱
Or if we had to move would our house insurance cover the cost of having to replace the furniture?
I’m so frustrated having to live among the fleas with a new born baby. It would be such a hassle to move but not fair if we have to pay to keep trying to get rid of the fleas.
