Could I have a post please – I feel absolutely crazy!
My little boy who’s nearly two drinks a lot so We decided to count how often we fill his bottle – the bottle holds 240ml and we filled it 16 times within 2-3 hours.. he always drinks this much and hasn’t changed weather he’s unwell or hot etc.. he obviously pees a lot and I have to change his nappy once/twice in the space of an hour & he leaks every night and gets changed twice/three times cause the nappy just can’t hold it (tried every brand) – he eats ALOT and all the drinking definitely isn’t filling him up he has a healthy varied diet.
So my partner was gob smacked just how often we’re filling his bottle and then said it can’t be normal – stupid me googled.. to find that it’s a sign of type 1 diabetes along with other symptoms which are very vague;

I’ve made an appointment with the gp tomorrow to either be told I’m absolutely crazy & that he’s normal or that I’m right .. but I can’t stop reading into it I need some sort of reassurance that it is normal and I’m not that paranoid!?!
