Could I have a post please ? Ive been working since May on a 0 hour contract …. last month I worked 129 hours this months rota has come out today and I’m working 30 hours this month .. there has been 4 new members of staff that have started this month but I also told them I was pregnant 3 weeks ago (10 weeks) I’m now really worried I’ll only be working 30 hours a month until I have this baby now &I I’m a single mum who pays childcare and claim tax credits so this is just messing everything up I did average it out with tax credits that I work 18-20 hours a week over the year but this months a big drop down but then again I did more last month ? What do I do ? Do I phone tax credits and say I’m now down to 30hrs a month and loose childcare element and working tax or do I leave it till next months rota comes out ??
