Could I have a post please?
My back has gotten worse over the last 2 weeks I have tried so many pain killers Codeine, Paramol and nothing is working I’m 21 years old with a 2 year old son I’m crying with the pain it’s that bad could anyone recommend anything? I can’t have baths as my bath is way to low “I have showers btw” thanks

Go to your doctor. I got referred for physio and to see an osteopath and my back improving day by day xx
Swimming helped with my bf as he was really bad next stage for im was a op but he went swimming and hes alot better x
Swimming is good for you back heat patch and speak to your gp
