could I have a pp please.

Ive been with my current partner nearly a year now. We have no children between us but hes great with my two daughters. I recently had what I assume to be implantation bleeding and told him im unsure but I think I may be pregnant. He said financially we cant afford it which I understand but Ive been a mother since I was 18 and dont wanna be having more children further down the line in my 30s or 40s etc. Starting to feel like he doesnt want children at all with me. I mentioned getting steralised just to see his views on it and he didnt seem bothered by it. Pretty much encouraged me to go docs and arrange it. Am I being ridiculous? Not sure wether to be upset that he doesnt want a baby with me or relieved that me and my girls are enough for him.
