PPP.

I was sterilised 13 yrs ago and had a coil fitted 2 yrs ago due to severe bleeding when on my periods. Since my coil was fitted my bleeding has been a lot better and ive been very regular.
Last month my period was a week early and was very light(more like light pink discharge). This month I’m over 2 weeks late. I’ve been having lots of pain in my stomach, groin, back and the front of my thighs for the last week. Yesterday and today the pain is unbearable(i couldnt get out of bed yesterday). I’ve had a tiny bit of pink spotting(almost unnoticeable). I’ve done two pregnancy tests just to put my mind at rest and both were negative.
I’m goin to go drs this morning but thought id ask here first if anyone has experienced anything similar
