Could I have a pp please x
My little boys dad walked out on us last night and said he doesn’t want anything to with his son. I’m quite glad about it as he has messed my head up for too long now and I don’t want him doing it to his son he’s not right in the head and it’s best he stays away so that my little boy has a stable upbringing. My question is, I want to make sure he still pays for his son but if he refuses to sign the birth certificate does that mean I cannot claim through child maintenance? Thanks
