I seriously need some advise,I’m being driven insane!

My husband and I have been together 8 years (married for 4) We have 2 children both below school ages who I look after full time.
He has a very high sex drive and it’s got to the point that if I don’t put out every night he gets in a strop and starts accusing me of doing something behind his back.
The final straw was this morning when he left for work and I went to give him a kiss goodbye and he said ‘oh I’m not used to receiving affection’ (we’ve not had sex for 1 night)
I really don’t know what to do,after spending all day being at the beck and call of the kids the last this I want is to be blackmailed and guilt tripped into having sex!
It’s turned into a chore and I’m not enjoying it,I dread him getting home as I know he’ll start pestering me.
I’ve got to the point that I think perhaps he’d be better off finding someone else who can meet his sexual needs every night.
If I don’t put out he says I’m damaging the relationship.
My libido never gets chance to build up resulting in me just going along with it then he complains I don’t seem to be enjoying it (which 9/10 I’m not)
We’ve tried using toys etc but I just don’t want it as often as him.
Has anyone else been in this situation?
I feel I’m at a loss,if I don’t put out I’m wrong but if I do then I’m not enjoying it as it’s never on my terms.
