I don’t really no where to start but I was with my ex 10 years he was abusive physically, verbally and emotionally the relationship has finally ended we have a child together who he adores and my child adores him just as much, the problem I have is I’m growing closer to my first sons father who I split from 16 years ago but I’m so scared my ex will beat him up and cause untold amount of trouble, his texting me abuse that I ignore but it’s like I can’t move on I feel bad bringing all this trouble to another man even tho he says it’s fine but to me it isn’t, I’m so scared my ex will beat him up if he finds out and to be honest I don’t want him arrested either as that will upset my child I feel like I’m in a hole I can’t escape from x

If he was abusive to you then why is he still messaging you? Surely there should be some sort of straining order in place and supervised contact with your child. Block him off everything and change your number. People like that don’t change and what he does next is up to him but he will have consequences. X
