Could i have a PPP?

I gave birth to my son in november & got booked in to have the depo shot as soon as i was able to which was the 7th feb (this is the first time i have ever had it) was fine for the first few days then started bleeding really heavy, most of my hair fell out & ive lost so much weight its untrue. I was due for my 2nd shot 7th may but refused to have it done due to the issues i have already stated.. my problem is now i am bleeding stupidly heavy for 2/3 days then odd spot here & there then nothing for a couple of days then it all starts again.. has anyone else experianced this?? Im not sure if its the depo still in my system or something else😕 any advise people could give would be great.. Thanks
