Antibiotics really. Drink plenty of water in the meantime to help your body flush it through, but really you need antibiotics to get the infection (and use extra protection if you’re using other contraception and not wanting more babies)
Water and antibiotics. Cranberry juice only lessens the chance if getting a urine infection before you have one.
