Could I have a ppp?
I need advice pls. How do you tell ppl what to do or not with ur child without ruining the relationship or coming across rude and overprotective?
For example – I have very touchy grandparents that smoke so much and I don’t like having 2nd hand smoke around the baby. They put out a cigarette and grab or play with the baby, nevr wash their hands too but I know if I say anythin they will turn it into an argument or twist it to joke about me for being overprotective or whatever which will cause arguments. I avoid seeing them just to save the worry but I know long term that isn’t the answer. I just want to get my wishes across without putting ppl off or making them feel like they can’t enjoy time with the baby without being picked at.
