Could I have a ppp?

I’m really not sure what to do. My husband has a business trip which lasts 4 nights which I’m booked to go with him on (before I gave birth) but I’m not sure I can leave my 7 week old.
I know he would be perfectly safe with his amazing grandparents but it consumes me with fear that he will know I’m not around and miss me and be scared and feel abandoned, are babies capable of feeling this at that age?
