Could I have a private post on the private chat page please ??
I work in a children’s residential home there’s already meant to be 3 staff on every shift but they are understaffed and people are refusing to help out so there’s only 2 of us in anyway but tonight I’m literally throwing up every 5 minutes (I’m 8 weeks pregnant) I know I can’t leave one person to do a 25 hour shift on their own but also can’t imagine how I’m going to work a 15 hour shift and a sleep in throwing up every 5 minutes 🤢 any tips on getting through a long shift when you are really ill? 🙈
