Could I have a private post please? Had anyone had any dealings with CafCass and can tell me what to expect? My children’s father has applied to court for access and I already have restraining order for harassment and threats against him, he had been violent to me in the past and has previous 15 year domestic violence record before me. I’m not sure what caffcass will do or ask me I’ve had no phone calls/visits yet, thanks x
