Could I have a private post please.

I’m just looking for advice on how to cope or what to do, and it’s so hard finding the words to write this.
I have been with my husband for 5 years and think he might be gay or bi. I’m wondering what people’s opinions are, we went through a lot of crap a while ago where I found out he was messaging other women etc and I got very insecure and I snooped through his phone (no bashing) which is where I found messages from him to another man arranging to meet up, the messages were very sexual so obviously I became all detective and I found an email address with emails in from gay dating websites dating back to when he was with his ex and also with me ….I ended up confronting him and he told me that when he was younger he received oral off 2 different men but has not done anything since 🤔he’s adamant he’s not gay or bi so now I’m left very very confused because I know he loves me and our kids and we have a great sex life …. I’m seriously baffled. If he’s not gay or bi then what the hell is he ?

Please no bashing as I love my husband dearly but I’m just so hurt and confused, has anyone ever been through this with a partner ? Help
