Could I have a private post please. TMI PIC IN COMMENTS. My little girl is 9 years old and she is wheat, gluten and dairy free. She was struggling with bright red fresh blood from her bottom/stool before we got told she has intolerances to these. (Also struggling with horrendous skin conditions which have now fully cleared up like magic) Anyway she’s been on this new diet for the last 3 months but last week and again this morning she has been passing blood from behind and also when wiping. I have had her at the GP today who have confirmed it is not her periods or hemaroids (or however it’s spelt lol) and have done her an urgent referral to paediatrics for further tests. I’m panicking like crazy. Anyone else been in this situation? What further tests will they do? So worried right now thank you xxx

Also please add she is not constipated. Therefore not pushing or straining.
Anything inner is normally dark red/black…. It may be a little bowe infection… Try not to worry to much as it may make her worried more then she needs to. Be I no its. Not good but the time to really really panic is it it turns dark blood or black so by the looks of it it’s outside ( in the tubes maybe!) xx

Finally been referred and have a hospital app next week.
Sorry ive no advice im all keen to hear some outcomes of anyone whos been thru this as im v.worried x
