Could I have another ppp, sorry xx

I’m 14 weeks pregnant with my second baby!❤ and I’ve been getting a bad pressure in my vagina, is this okay? Is this normal? I got this towards the end of my pregnancy with my son, not at 14 weeks!! And I’ve been getting slight pains but I’ve always had pain throughout this pregnancy so it’s the normal for me! I just want to know if anyone’s experienced this heaviness? It makes me want to push but obviously (hopefully😂) nothing will come out xx
