Sorry to be a pain but at my wits end

I have a 5 year old that’s behaviour is terrible she don’t listen to me or my partner ( not her dad she don’t see her real dad long story) if we are together she plays up like mad if I have time with my daughter on my own she’s good if my partner has time with her on his own she’s good but she started playing my parents up too she seems to be getting worse we had problems with her behaviour few months back and it got better but all of sudden it’s got worse ppl said it phase and I know it ain’t it’s like she loves being told off I am at my wits end with her now she has started making me cry but school say she golden there really need some advice
