Could I have pp please

Has anyone been sterilised privately? As I have been looking online it doesn’t say where I could get this done just describes the procedure nor does it state the cost.
I also asked my GP if they could arrange it but said that at the age of 25 I’m just too young.
Could anyone point me in the right direction?
