Just wondering if anyone has taken their ex or been taken to court regarding their children?
My partner has a son that his ex “allows him to sleep one night a week -either thursday/Friday or sat depending on my partners work week. There are 4 weeks every 7 weeks where he has to have him on a Thursday because he works all over weekend. His son is due to start school in September and she has stated that he will never be allowed to sleep school nights. Which now means come September he will only be sleeping once every 3 weeks then she wants him to pick him up after school for 2 days a week for all of 2 hours. Is it fair that he isn’t allowed him on a school night?
Has anyone been to court to gain more rights and get access where they will let him have him school nights. She makes everything so difficult and we have 2 children of our own. We aren’t wanting to go to court for access because she does let him come but we are wanting something in writing with set days and times so everyone is on the same page and knows what is happening. Is this a thing?
