Could I please have a private post

Does anyone have anything similar to how I’m feeling, I literally do not know what is wrong with me, I’m awaiting blood results but I’m tired constantly, can’t keep my eyes open after being awake 3hours, my whole body aches, I have no energy, I feel sick, headaches, spaced out, literally feel like I’m dying lol I just want to know what’s wrong, I’ve got two children and I have no energy to do anything. Thank you xx
