Could you please post a private post for me xx

My 12 year old daughter has been having diarrhoea late at night and during the night on a regular basis for months now. It comes on suddenly and she has tummy pain too.
The next morning she is perfectly fine. No temperature or any other symptoms. I’m baffled. She’s had time off school in case it happens the next day , but it never does. I’m going to try to get a doctors appointment tomorrow (highly unlikely) but I’m just wondering if anyone has any similar experiences with their children xx
