Could you post please. My partner left me 7 weeks ago, and I’ve had to make a new claim for universal credit. It was a good job I phoned tax credits today as I was wondering why my payments kept the same. As when I claimed income support they said they contact tax credits to inform of change of circumstances. I’m new to this I have 2 boys 5&3. Is this universal credit really a nightmare? as I’ve had to do it online and I still can’t verify my identity as I don’t have certain devices and got to go to job centre to do. Sorry for long post.

I’m just going through getting universal credit as I’m new to this I had to do it all online plus goto job centre to prove my identity waiting for my first payment to go through if it’s been done right
U shouldn’t be on universal credit u have a child under 5
Am on universal credit and I hate it as you get payed every month and you have got to have internet for all your messages on you journal xxx
