I have the copper coil and it took 7 months to settle down. I had really bad cramps as if somone was stabbing me and i had never suffered, eve the mildest cramps, ever before. Im still really heavy for the first 2 days and constantly need to change but the cramps and clots settled. I wouldnt say headaches would be related as hormones are localised but if in doubt always speak to your dr or pharmacist. Xxx ps feminax is a GOD send xxx
