Could you reply? Please. Physically he is ready, but mentally is a bit behind. He doesn’t care for danger, I’m on look out 24/7. I have other children an I didn’t have this trouble with any, my eldest was in a bed at 18 months. So it’s not that I am trying to stop him growing up, I’m just trying to make both our lives easier. He is being tested for Austism in September which is why I wanted an idea for a bigger cot, just til then so they could help me with ways to communicate with him. He doesn’t look at me or listen to anything i say. I’m new to this, maybe worrying slightly more than I need.

Not sure about a previous post… But to help with the cot idea, get two cots and remove the side rails, then push together and place the mattresses inside adjacent to the cot so he cant push them apart if you get what i mean. Hope that helps
