Does anyone know what this other my 4 week old daughters face . Shes had it for over a week now . Took her docs theyve given her cream but i think its made it worse. Its red n rough n bumpy. All over her face n neck n head . A lil on the shoulders aswell. Ive stopped using baby wipes been using cotton wool and water again. Thanks

Looks like milk rash 🙂 try not to worry all 3 of my babies got this it’s just there body adjusting to having something new in there body 🙂 I found warm soapy water with a piece of cotton wool used to help or sudocrem:)
My daughter has this my doctor said it’s a heat rash seems to look worse wen she’s hot or crying I be neem using suda creme seems to work
