Can I request a private post please

IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME 😠

I’ve suffered with IBS-D for approx 13yrs with weekly flare ups, due to this I’ve not left my home town in atleast 10 yrs, However 2yrs ago I booked a all inc holiday and in 3 days ime due to fly,
I’m currently going through a flare up and now regret and dreading the holiday (thinking not going)
I’ve medication (like buscapan/ Imodium ) which I’m prescribed but how am I going to manage a 9hr all round travel with unexpected explosive diharee
THIS HAS RUINED MY LIFE TO PRESS 😢

I don’t know what I want from this post I guess I’m just looking for people in the same situation and how they manage daily or with travel
