Can i have a pp please? Me and my ex partner separated for 3 months as he left me to sort himself out, I was devastated and thought it was over forever. I dated someone else and slept with him and now my ex partner wants to try again. He knows everything and still wants to move past everything. I’m so scared as I have always believed once someone does that there is no moving on. I feel such guilt and wish I had waited but i was broken so started dating. I don’t know how we will get through this as it will always be on my mind what I have done. I feel so stupid but we really think things will be better this time. Anyone have any advice on this situation? Could it work? Thanks

If your ex knows about it and you were totally honest then you will have a good chance of moving forward. It’s maybe taken this to make your ex realise how much you mean to him. Ultimately you were officially apart so understandably you were hurt and started dating. You need to forgive yourself as you did nothing wrong and you you both need to sit down clear the slate and both move forward together. Hope it works out x
