Has anyone in the 3rd trimester experienced slight cases of agoraphobia or social anxiety? I have anxiety anyways and a history of depression but the last few days i cant bare to go outside or see anyone. I’ve had to go for certain health tests lately which has effected my mood and also have my glucose diabetes test tomorrow due to my PCOS but can’t bare the throught of leaving the house. All i wanna do is sit at home and cry, tucked up in a blanket hibernating, no make up and be alone till the baby comes. Has anyone else had this? Tia xx much love x
