Has anyone struggled with going into full time work? I’ve got a 3.5 year old and for the last 2 years my “full time” has been 3 12 hour night shifts so I was basically home all the time. I started a new job yesterday and now I’m working 5 days a week. I’m scared I’m really going to struggle, and even more so when I start missing important things with my daughter and disappointing her not being around as much when she needs/wants me. Did anyone struggle with this too? Or did anyone’s children struggle? Or more positively did anyone cope with the change really well. I’m starting to worry already that I’ve made a big mistake..
