hello can I have a pp please…my 7 month old has always been a terrible sleeper she wakes 5 times atleast at night and I am soooo tired!😂 I am just looking for some tips to help her sleep for longer so I can atleast get a few hours of sleep. Thank you

I’ve never used these but heard good reviews. The Johnson bedtime moisturiser is supposed to be good…. and if you’ve heard of ‘lush’ the place that do bath bombs ect. They sell a tub of stuff (I’ll try find a pic for u) my friends swear by it! Their children haven’t slept for like 2 years they used this and are getting full nights from them lol! I’m thinking of getting some myself lol… bare with me I’ll upload pic in my comment xx
