Hello can I have a ppp 😊
When I first got pregnant 16 months ago I weighed 11stone and when I had my son I was 15 stone.. I’m now pregnant again and people are saying “look at you plumping out” or wow your going to need to start going to the gym! It’s made me feel very uncomfortable around people now.. and I’m always wearing baggy clothes now… Can I actually diet and lose weight whilst pregnant? My weight never bothered me since people starting saying stuff to me. Thank you
