Hello can I have a private post please? My sons nearly 5 months and ever since I’ve had him I’ve been leaking urine, it was a normal birth but had to have forceps, have bladder appointment in a months time but it’s really getting to me, I do all the pelvic floor excersises and everything was just wondering if anyone else had this and what they did? Thank you x

aghhh this is so annoying . I can go for a pee stand up wipe m etc walk 2 steps and just leak I’m like wtf laughing and sneezing triggers mine too x
