Hello can I have a private post please. Split with my ex in February. We split because he was controlling, manipulative and just so nasty. Loads of emotional abuse etc involved and he beat me down till I had no confidence no nothing. He got with his new girlfriend a week after we split, it’s been 4 months now and I’m still really struggling with everything. I think I’m still wishing a little bit for him to ring me to apologise for everything he’s done even though I know he won’t. think I’m just looking for advice here. Some days I’m feeling great other days I’m down about not being with him. Any advice to help me push through. Thankyou x
