Hello! Could I have a post please? How would you recommended getting rid of the over hang? I’m 18 days postpartum and I have split stomach muscles currently however does anybody have any advice on to get rid of the overhang or to help to tighten my muscles or which exercises that I can do for either my overhang for future reference or my split muscles to help to strengthen them again. Thankyou x
