Hello could I have a private post please! I want other people’s views on if this is harsh or whether I should put my foot down and stick to it. My little boys dad isn’t fussed and never has been about seeing him. Constantly changing the days when he’s supposed to be seeing him because he’s got other plans or just not seeing him at all. I’ve never once said no to him having him, always say yes to what ever days/times he asks for. Constantly goes weeks without paying csa because he thinks it’ll wind me up (it don’t I just get on with it) loves using our child as a weapon. Well he’s now told me he’s taking me to court. Okay cool go for it as that’ll do me a favour when it comes to you actually having to see your son and having set days with him instead of me dealing with his crappy texts. He hasn’t asked about him, hasn’t asked to see him, probably hasn’t even started the court procedure. Now it’ll be my little boys birthday soon aswel as Christmas coming up. I know for a fact he will then suddenly ask for him. Do I have every right to say no? As it was his choice to go to the courts which will probably never happen because he isn’t interested in seeing our baby anyway? Thank you!
