Hello could I have ppp😊

Hi just after a bit of advice is any one else on the depo injection iv had 3 shots and had no periods at all but last two weeks iv Been bleeding/spotting none stop, (Sometimes it’s brown other times bright red) I had the depo and was on it for 3 years before having my baby and had no periods at all in the 3 years I was on it, has this happened with any one else? Also iv put on about 10lb didn’t put any on when I was on it before… Any advice would be brill as its wording be Tia x
