Not baby related however you guys usually help in all my situations !!
My manger at work been messaging me inappropriate messages confirming ” I’ve got a cute ass” – stating I should be a model , stating ” ima mink”
Etc the messages go on, I’m new within this company I’m In my 22 my MANGERS 50!!!
I’m older enough to be his daughter!!
Anyone it began to become alittle awkward for me at work – ( I would catch him looking at me up and down etc ( really creepy lol)
Anyway I decided to inform my Operations manger about this situation, he decided to contact HR.
I’m really really worried about speaking out over this I feel it’s my fault if he did loose his job!!
But then I think he shouldn’t be messaging his staff the way he has??
It’s basically classed as grooming.
He assumed I was vulnerable and tried taking advantage.
What would you guys do in this situation???
