Hello hunny can I have a ppp.

Abit of a long one coming up.
I moved into my property back in August 2015 (late August) for the last 2 years I’ve been having flea infestations in my house. I’ve flea sprayed my house TWICE IN 2 months and the spray I have is meant to kill fast and also last for 12 months. It’s done absolutely nothing. I’ve got a flea bomb to flea bomb my livingroom and kitchen today (which is where they all seem to be and found crawling on my sofa and kiddies) before anyone judges and tells me to deflea my animals, I have none whatsoever. I haven’t been out my house since Monday and had this problem before then so can’t be bought into the house, and I don’t have any animals coming into my house either as it’s against my tenancy agreement. I’ve managed to get a picture this morning of one that was jumping around my 11 month old neck. I’m pretty sure they are fleas they are jumping around, and they are hard to kill, I have to squash them a fair few times with my nails. Yesterday I was sitting on my sofa and felt something crawling in my hair, luckily it got stuck in my finger nail and most certainly looked like a flea. Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of them? I know it’s vile and alot of people will probably make nasty remarks but it’s really stressing me out, I’d understand if I had animals but I have absolutely no animals at all. Picture attached.
