Hello lovely. PPP
If my son lives with his Dad (he’s 13 now, 14 in January) what process do I go through to have him live with me when his father has had no contact directly, I have always arranged with my older children or his grandma to see him. Do I need solicitors etc to start a process or is he old enough to decide he wants to be with his mam now . Tia xx
