Hello Mom’s,Regina here a 22yrs from kiambu, I got pg early last year Dec,the situation forced me to move in with my mother,I was working and helping her to pay the rent,by then I had no complains with my pregnancy… Last month I started experiencing issues with the pregnancy which forced me to immediately stop going to work,my mother is soo mad at me which also makes me regret carrying the baby inside my womb, she want me to go hustle and pay rent and some of her expenses of which I can’t,she never ask me about the child or about my condition, she went silent on me too(immediately I stopped working she left me alone and vacate to her friend house) today she came in and tells me she want to shift with her belonging without considering me. Am so stressed up and confused on what to do. I have no friend I can stay with for the few weeks remained to my due date…I thought of abortion, I talked to one of the doctor I know and he direct me where to go and I will be helped, later he told me its risky because the baby is mature and fully developed…can anyone advice me on what to do

  • Fully developed so am guessing you are quite far on? Put the baby up for adoption or stop thinking so negatively and get back on your feet. Yes it is hard but not impossible. Is there no mother and baby units where you live? Or a job centre? If so go and put your self in a unit, they will get you on your feet and help you for the first 6 month then try and find you your own home and am sure another job will come around when baby is old enough? Am not making a dig but if your thinking sbout aborting, also think about adoption. Someone would love that baby the way it deserves to be loved.
