Hello not sure if I can post this here but can I have a private post please for a close friend .

My friend was taking out the bins earlier and a tampon fell out of the bathroom bin in to the main bin. Well she does not use tampons and uses towels so she was a bit concerned . She then started to think further in to it and asked her husband , he is completely unaware of how it could have got there. The thing is she doesn’t have friends over at the house as she is always busy with work etc. She is going crazy as she does not know how it got there , I did suggest one of her step children could have brought it home just to see what it is. She has just confirmed it has been used as it looks wet with body fluid but no blood sorry for TMI. What do you think she should do ? She trusts her husband but how else has it got there . As you can imagine she is very confused and emotional , any advice would be appreciated . Thanks .
