Hello please may I age a private post? Just wondered if anyone could give me any advice about what to expect as a caf meeting?? My sons school has done a caf for me as we have housing issues (overcrowded and struggling to find a bigger house), I also have anxiety/depression. That’s all the caf is for! Housing issues and my depression/anxiety. I have my first meeting this week. Does anyone know what will happen? I’m feeling really nervous and I don’t know why, the school have assured me it’s a good thing and it’s only been done to help, but I’m really nervous and worried.
