Hello, today we was out in my garden enjoying the sunshine, when my next door neighbour told us their dog can jump over their fence as he did it a few years ago and got into my garden. He’s a rescue dog that isn’t good with any other animals or children and that I need to be careful because if he sees us he will be over and would kill my rabbit and maybe hurt my daughter. Now I’m really angry that they are aware of this and not making any attempt to make the fence higher. Where do I stand on this? I don’t want any harm to come to the dog, but I do want to feel safe in my own garden. It’s not my fence, it’s theirs. I’m going to tell them they need a new fence to secure the garden but I really can’t see them doing it. Thanks
