Hello- wonder if I could get a pp please??

My twins are 8 months old and have been constantly ill, the smaller one has always struggled to breathe but with the latest cold it means I am waking up every hour to try and re-settle him. At one point they woke for a bottle at 3 and that’s it, now I’m waking up every hour and they want two bottles at night. I have tried water and they just spit it out and scream at me! I just want to know- has anyone else dealt with a constant blocked nose that isn’t helped by the normal steam, saline sprays, baby Vicks, raised mattress etc. Also how can I get them back to one bottle a night whilst they are always sick?
