Hey can i ask sone advice please. My ex and i have a collect and pay arrangement through cma (he refused to pay for 2 years). I found out he was working 3 weeks ago (through his partner) as id called to tell him our child was ill in hospital. I dont know when he actually started work just that he is now working. I haven’t recieved maintenance for about 4 weeks but thought that was due to him starting work, however i recieved my anual review yesterday and it stated he was still on state benefits when i asked him about it he told me he hasnt told them or esa hes working yet. Do i contact them and tell them? Will they believe me? Also what will happen
